JDDA Consulting was founded on the belief that communities are best served when the organizations supporting them are strong, aligned, and built to last.

 

Rooted in experiences growing up on the outskirts of South San Antonio, JDDA’s perspective was shaped early by seeing how access to care, opportunity, and support can change the course of a life. Nonprofits played a meaningful role along that journey—providing stability, resources, and hope at critical moments.

 

After more than a decade working inside the nonprofit sector—leading and supporting multi-million-dollar campaigns, building development programs, and partnering closely with boards and executive leadership—it became clear that many organizations with powerful missions were being held back by internal systems that hadn’t evolved with their growth.

 

JDDA Consulting was created to bridge that gap.

 

JDDA is not a direct-service nonprofit, nor a traditional consulting firm. We work alongside nonprofits and philanthropic partners behind the scenes—bringing strategy, execution, and real-world experience to strengthen the organizations doing the work, so they can better serve their communities with clarity, sustainability, and lasting impact.
